Subject	VTC? Lifters? What are my options??

Message	Ok guys here's a video. I completed my swap a few months ago, the engine was usually super quiet and smooth. It started making that noise maybe last month. It would come for a hour or two and then go away. 2 nights ago the noise came back and now it hasn't gone away. It's been 2 days. Just wondering if anyone with experience can let me know whats going on. I ordered z1's extreme engine flush product (i read somewhere that it may help). Also i read that if you unplug your vtc's and the noise goes away, then thats your problem. Any input would be appreciated
